Honorable Director General of IIST Mr. Arun S Bhatnagar and Dr. V.R. Raghuveer, Principal IIST have inaugurated the Crash Course for Placement Preparation for the 2019 batch Students. They have quoted that, “With the industry requirements changing drastically due to the evolution of Artificial Intelligence and Industry 4.0, the budding engineers have to live up to the expectations of the companies. The industries have cut down their spending on training, which increased demand for industry ready engineers. At IIST, we would like to produce skilled engineers who are industry ready. As a part of this initiative, we have designed a customized module titled “Crash Course” for our final year students of all branches. This will address the following aspects like Aptitude, Technical, Communication and Personality Development towards improving the employability quotient”.
